Whether it’s reclaiming space in your home, prepping for and managing your move, or simply putting organizational systems in place to streamline your day-to-day, Sarah loves helping others make the most of their day, week, and life.

As someone whose room was always a mess as a child, it wasn’t until Sarah’s first tiny NYC studio that she discovered a love—and need—for everything-in-its-place and the calm, grounded feeling that came with it. In the years since, She’s worked hard to understand the connection we have with our belongings, why we cling to them, and how (& when!) to let them go.

Round Lake Doula

Cecily ’s drive to become a postpartum doula comes from her own first postpartum experience. She was ill-prepared for all that it would take Many circumstances converged to put her in a very isolated place; she was relatively new to the area, had chosen to stop working, had some postpartum complications and her immediate family and close friends were a few hours away.

From 2018-2020, Cecily volunteered as a peer mentor in PSI’s (Postpartum Support International) relatively new peer mentor program in which a mom who has recovered from PMADs (perinatal mood and anxiety disorder) is matched up with a mom who is currently struggling in some way.

She is now a certified postpartum doula PCD(DONA).
